As a supervisor, you are responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of service activities on site at the customer. You supervise a cleaning team consisting of 6 people. In doing so, you coordinate the tasks, control the processes and the work result and are the direct contact person on site for your colleagues as well as for our customer. The work location is mainly in Germany, the Benelux countries and France.

Tasks:

  • Responsible for the planning and preparation of the service assignment
  • Supervise the service team (6 persons) on site and monitor the progress and correct execution of the work.
  • Direct contact person for our customer on site
  • Reporting to the responsible service manager
  • Maintenance and servicing of the work equipment at our site in Roermond

Job request:

  • You have a good command of spoken and written Dutch or German and can also communicate in English.
  • You know the relevant safety and technical standards. You have (optionally) a VCA-VOL certificate (NL).
  • You have good communication and leadership skills and have already been able to demonstrate these in practice.
  • You have a technical education.
  • You are flexible in terms of time and willing to be on the road several days a week. (partly night shift and weekends).
  • You have a class B driving licence.
